Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy: Registration Process: Registration for King County Royals FC camps can be completed online through our official website or in-person at our designated registration events. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure a spot in the camp. We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards. Confirmation: Upon successful registration and payment, participants will receive a confirmation email with important details, including camp dates, times, location, and any required equipment. Age Requirements: Camps are designed for specific age groups, and participants must adhere to the specified age range. Please ensure your child meets the age requirements for the selected camp. Cancellation Policy: Refund Requests: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (via email) to the King County Royals FC camp administration. Refund Deadline: A full refund will be provided for cancellations made within 7 days before the start of the camp. Partial Refund: Cancellations made after the specified deadline may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to administrative considerations. Non-Attendance: Participants who fail to attend without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund. Medical Considerations: In the case of injury or illness preventing participation, a refund may be granted with appropriate documentation from a medical professional. Waitlist Policy: Waitlist Availability: If a camp reaches full capacity, interested participants can join the waitlist. Waitlist availability is on a first-come, first-served basis.
